Training and Workshops

We are offering a broad range of consultancy services, but at the end of each project we have to leave. The aim of our services is also a coordinated know-how transfer to the team. We like to enable an Active Learning approach and offer in addition to our consultancy services special training and workshop executions.

The following topics outline our systematic training processes. A systems approach ensures a comprehensive training process that remains focused on the needs of the customer.

The training process typically includes the five phases:

  1. Analyze the team and project's needs and identify training goals which, when reached, will equip learner's with knowledge and skills to meet the required needs. Usually this phase also includes identifying when training should occur and who should attend as learners.

  2. Design a training system that learners and trainers can implement to meet the learning goals; typically includes identifying learning objectives (which culminate in reaching the learning goals), needed facilities, course content, lessons and sequence of lessons.

  3. Develop a training "package" of resources and materials, including, e.g., developing on-line training, graphics, workshop manuals and templates, etc.

  4. Implement the training package, including delivering the training, clarifying training materials, administering tests and conducting the final evaluation.

  5. Evaluate training, including before, during and after implementation of training.

With our systematic approach to training in conjunction with our practical consultancy services we enable our customers to be more effective, increase outputs, and outcomes. Then consultancy and training has its own high ‘return on investment’. The Training and Workshop concept provides added value to any consultancy services.

Trainings and workshops are íncluded in our Focused Solution Packages (FSP).
